Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide, with nearly 800,000 lives lost to suicide each year—about one every 40 seconds. Each loss leaves a scar, a poignant reminder of the silent battles many endure. Yet, in our beautifully imperfect existence, healing is possible. Together, we can find hope and strength in our own individual ways.

This project reimagines material possibilities by transforming agricultural byproducts into innovative, sustainable textiles. In response to the fast fashion crisis, we aim to create eco-friendly alternatives that reduce waste and celebrate upcycling resources, inspiring a new narrative around materials and encouraging a shift in how we perceive waste within sustainable fashion.

The journey of reinvestigating waste materials begins at the family's rice mill factory, where rice husk and rice husk ash are the primary byproducts. Driven by a unique vision, the passion to explore these materials led to experimentation with various techniques, seeking innovative uses and transformative potential.
